Based on previous experience we use the discovery process to understand the organisation's approach to strategic planning, its approach to delivering initiatives and realising benefits & outcomes through Programmes and Projects.
We assess the portfolio effectiveness based on applying our performance attributes applied to the existing characteristics of the portfolio. We're able to adapt existing attributes and develop new attributes to reflect specific organisation characteristics.
Following analysis and interpretation of the data, we work with the organisation to identify opportunities to make the portfolio more potent, supporting the organisation's strategic goals and objectives more effectively and enabling great outcomes.
As part of the process, we'll look to identify features to support effective governance and agile ways of working. It's possible to configure the organisations own 'Portfolio Diagnostic Toolset' to support the ongoing management of the Strategic Portfolio and Strategic Planning Processes.
