Meet James Cheyne
James is the founder of Stirling Point Consulting. An experienced business leader with a successful track record working with C-suite & senior teams. 14+years’ experience delivering strategic change & business transformation initiatives in retail, M&A , manufacturing, supply chain and corporate environments.
Experienced in establishing multi-national, cross-functional teams in private and public sectors.
Experienced working with growing organisations, helping them to be ‘more grown up’ by striking an appropriate balance of control and formality with enthusiasm and achievement.
More recently, working with senior stakeholders and teams to optimise and manage strategic portfolios. Reviewing and where necessary, establishing the basis for strategic alignment, prioritisation and appropriate governance at enterprise, regional and functional levels.
